Jennifer has over 15 years’ experience in patent drafting and prosecution across a range of jurisdictions. Her experience covers chemistry, particularly pharmaceuticals, human and veterinary medical devices, food technology; including plant-based products and processes, dairy food and beverage innovation, health/nutraceutical formulations and products, and fibre technologies. Jennifer also has extensive experience in the preparation and filing of design applications across a wide range of products.

Jennifer has extensive experience developing patent and design filing strategies, providing patent infringement and patentability opinions, undertaking IP due diligence and helping clients develop IP portfolios to support the future needs of their business.
