Sarah oversees the functions of the finance team as well as working on related projects. She enjoys bringing collaboration between the financial services, HR, professional and support staff, and clients of James & Wells.

Sarah draws from hands-on experience from a variety of industries to support her role as Financial Controller. Previously working in a family business in the entertainment industry, Sarah’s experience in managing all aspects of a business provides her with a practical “can do” approach to creative problem solving and streamlining of systems and processes.

Sarah’s spare time is consumed by her three energetic, sports-mad boys. When she does have a rare moment of solitude, she enjoys a quiet G&T in her rural retreat and reminisces about hosting many of New Zealand’s greatest bands. You may even catch Sarah dusting off the DJ decks and dropping a mean beat, for old times’ sake.
