Tim is a human-centric leader and feels a deep responsibility towards staff wellbeing. He leads with compassion and invests in the firm’s people through the lens of wellbeing, career growth, openness, and collegiality. In addition to running his own award-winning practice, Tim leads 80+ staff across seven offices in Australasia.
James & Wells also won Employer of Choice at the 2024 New Zealand Law Awards.
